The first step for Thrive was to assist the team at DIH to name this side of the business. A number of options were brainstormed and discussed but as the company mission was to be ever ready, flexible and responsive for the ever-changing needs of their clients – Central Space was a perfect fit.

Once a name was decided upon, providing an identity and brand for the business was the next requirement. The modern approach around providing ‘Smart Business Space’ required a modern and simplistic approach to the brand identity. A circular concept was chosen to provide the feeling of focus and that clients are truly at the centre of all decisions. A clean, corporate text lockup alongside a fresh, on-trend colour palette was chosen to bolster the up-to-date look and feel.

A strong online presence was required to support the brand and communicate this new way to provide business premises that have essentially disrupted the market. Getting this message out was key along with the ability to showcase the property portfolio and services Central Space has to offer.
