The most popular CMS on the web, WordPress, is said to be used on over 25% of all websites currently online on the world’s incredibly wide web.

This comes as no surprise due to the stability, usability and professionalism a CMS can provide.

Here at Thrive HQ we use numerous CMS’s, with the most dominant two being WordPress and HubSpot COS.  Our developers have used a number of popular CMS’s throughout their working lives and within education, from their time spent using multiple CMS’s they believe it is simple to see why WordPress is the leading CMS on the market.

Along with using the leading content-based CMS we also use the leading CMS within inbound marketing, the HubSpot COS (Content Optimisation System). HubSpot is the most recognisable inbound marketing and sales platform on the market, and with their already long list of services that can be integrated into most third party CMS’s. HubSpot's own CMS allows users to manage every part of their website in one place.

At Thrive we choose to use both WordPress and HubSpot as the main CMS platforms because we feel that these are the best of the best, helping our clients manage with ease, gain results and achieve a bespoke look on the extremely competitive web.

The main advantages of using one of these CMS platforms for your business’ website would be the simplistic usability, both mirroring the style of Microsoft Word when it comes to editing text, without the use of any code. Another advantage, thanks to the simplistic and easy to use backend dashboards, is that all members of staff will be able to manage the website through the different roles set within the CMS. This allows your business to keep your website up to date by sharing the job load.

CMS’s also offer a very professional look and feel within the front and backend of all websites, showing staff and clients information will come with a professional and branded look. With the use of private pages, password protected pages and specific forms for specific clients as just some of the examples of wowing your clients.

The functionality possibilities whilst using CMS such as WordPress are endless, anything that your business needs to have on your website can be achieved. With a wide offering of plugins, widgets and bespoke creations all desired functionality can be added. With this comes more options of customisation that can be changed and controlled at any time with minimum training needed (we can offer that too!).

We create a bespoke theme for each of our clients, based on their company’s needs, goals and online desires. We achieve this by expanding the already impressive CMS’s that we use and add additional sections which will allow a bespoke look to the backend of any of our clients websites. These additions also help make any change to the website content extremely easy to do, with the considered placement of the backend content sections and stripping back to only what is needed, we are able to allow editors to be able to add what is needed for any section of the website, all styling is already coded and completed, allowing clients to save time and therefore money when editing their website content.

Thanks to the use of these powerful and professional CMS’s we are able to achieve outstanding results that are both visually and functionally sleek and stable. With a website designed and developed around your business needs and goals, which is easy to maintain and expand the, foundations are set to create a strong impact on the highly competitive World Wide Web.
