We love a good shade of purple and with deep, warm hue on trend this season, we love Pantone's Colour of the Year, Ultra Violet.

"Inventive and imaginative, Ultra Violet lights the way to what is yet to come."

Mysterious shades of purple have long been symbolic of complexities, unconventionality and artistic brilliance. "The Purple One", Prince, used the colour purple to great effect, throughout his career and he's not the only one. Purple has been symbolic in music for not only Prince, but David Bowie and Jimi Hendrix.

"The depth of PANTONE 18-3838 Ultra Violet symbolizes experimentation and non-conformity, spurring individuals to imagine their unique mark on the world, and push boundaries through creative outlets."
